my approach

Small props help us to keep continuous progression and variation. However, where applicable, we can stick to the same routine which can be recorded and practiced alone.

Whether you want the occasional corrective input into your current home/DVD workouts or continual progressive work with a qualified Pilates instructor it's possible to have as much flexibility with times and frequency as is necessary.

I pull from the many movement techniques I've experienced in order to personalise the sessions so they're always relevant to the individual. From using massage to release and relax muscles to exercises to tone and strengthen we can work together to achieve goals that are personal and relevant to each individual.

I have experience working with a wide variety of people  from the older client to the younger athletic clients.  Also, people with specific requirements, such as during pregnancy or illness.

I currently teach Pilates in London and Horsham.
